Delta DEH Electric Hoist Features

Lift loads from 250kg up to 2000kg with a lifting hoist from the Delta DEH electric hoist range.

This quality dual speed hoist is supplied with 6 metre lifting heights as standard and a chain bag or bucket. Made with a tough housing to ensure internal parts are kept as safe as possible. Swivel load and suspension hooks come with safety latches to ensure the suspension is strong and safe and so is the attached load.

The Delta DEH hoist boasts a 40% duty cycle & 240 starts per hour.

3 phase, 50Hz, 400-440V is the power supply whilst the pendant control is IP65 rated and housing in IP55 rated.

Safety features include an externally adjustable slip clutch to protect against overloading.

During 2022 many hoist components were upgraded in order to keep up to date technologically and to make the hoist overall better than ever.

Upgraded Parts

The relay contactors; These are top quality and are now mounted on a steel back plate, they are easy to remove and replace if necessary. Eaton contactors are used in the 250kg model but all the rest use Seimans contactors.

Plug and play connections; This enables quick set up as well as enabling individual components to be easily switched out. For example the control pendant can be switched for a radio remote system.

Gearbox & Chain guide; The updated gearbox enhances the smooth movements of the hoist whilst the chain guide mechanism is now easily accessible, ideal for re-chaining and inspections.

Pendant controller; This is now more ergonomic in design so is more comfortable to use.

Limiters; There are now both upper and lower limit switches of the micro kind to prevent chain over run.

End chain buffer; Tyhis sprung buffer offers protection to the hoist and load.

Chain & Collectors. Only Quality RUD chain is used on our Delta electric hoists so you can be assured of strength and safety. Chain collectors are now updated soft bag types for the smaller models and a harder chain bucket on the larger models. Unlike some hoists these come as standard as an extra safety feature to consistently keep un-used chain out of the way.
