Viper VRS 360 Machine Moving Skates Features

The Viper VRS load moving skates are basically a platform on wheels. However with the platform incorporating a turntable which operates on ball bearings loads can be positioned more easily.

The polyurethane wheels are able to rotate the full 360 degrees which enables loads to be moved around in all directions with minimal effort.

Each machine skate has two easy to grab positioning handles for easier placement, you will also see a solid, flat extension piece on the platform. This is where you can attach a long handle to further aid movement. These are available as an optional extra.

There are two models available to purchase at the Lifting Equipment Ltd store. The Viper VRS2 which is triangular in shape and has 3 wheels, it can handle loads up to 2000kg.

Then there is the Viper VRS4 which takes on a more hexagonal shape and incorporate 5 wheels, these handle loads up to 4000kg.

Using Viper Machine Skates

Viper machine skates are great for moving machinery, large cabinets and more. In most cases the load can be tipped slightly in order to push the skates underneath, however sometimes it is the case that getting your load onto the skate platform is difficult due to the size and/or weight of the load. In these instances the use of a roller crow bar can be beneficial. Their thin, flat edge can push under and pry up the load in order to insert the skate. Should you require one of these then please ask, we can supply these too.
